RANCHO SANTA FE

Type: Suburban

Rancho Santa Fe CO serves the most expensive area in San Diego County where home prices can exceed $10 million.  Per local residents who pay millions for their homes they don't want to see bland utility buildings/structures.  Even the telephone company building is modeled in the Spanish style architecture with low profile entrances and vents.  There is no exterior signs or marking to denote it is a CO.  Passers by could just as well assume its one of the many clubhouses.
